At Cross Country Equine LLC, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent experience for all our customers. Our Fulfillment Policy is designed to ensure clarity regarding our services and set expectations for delivery, cancellations, and refunds.
We strive to provide timely and accurate fulfillment of our equine adventure services. Upon booking, customers will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of their reservation, including the date, location, and the services included in their adventure.
After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email with all necessary details, including:

• Service or trip itinerary
• Pre-trip instructions

Payments for our services are due at the time of booking. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and checks. We offer a 50% deposit to secure your spot, with the balance due 30 days before the start of your adventure.
• Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made to secure bookings are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us at least 30 days before the scheduled start date. While cancellations are non-refundable, we are happy to help you reschedule your trip for another available date. If a reschedule is not possible, we may issue a partial credit toward future services at our discretion.
• Event/Trip Changes: If you are unable to attend or wish to make changes to your trip after booking, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but please note that significant changes may require additional fees.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays, but we ask that you notify us if you will be arriving late to the start of the trip. We will do our best to accommodate any delays, but please be aware that the experience may not be adjusted or extended to make up for lost time.

Weather conditions in mountainous or rural areas can affect our services. While we make every effort to provide the best experience regardless of weather, some activities may need to be modified, delayed, or rescheduled for safety reasons. In the case of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, we will make alternate arrangements as necessary and notify you as soon as possible.
Health and Fitness: Customers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and prepared for the physical demands of the trip. Please consult with your healthcare provider prior to booking, especially if you have any concerns about your ability to participate in horseback riding or hiking activities.
Equine and Equipment: We take great pride in our horses and mules, ensuring that they are well cared for and equipped for each journey. Customers are expected to follow all guidelines provided by our staff regarding the care and handling of the animals. Equipment for the horses will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own riding gear if preferred.
Helmets and Personal Protective Equipment: This includes safe boots/shoes, gloves, hats, rain jackets, vests, and HELMETS. If any customers need any of these items to comfortably and safely ride a horse, it is the customers responsibility to bring them along. They will not be provided. It is 100% the customers responsibility to bring any properly fitted PPE that they desire to use. If customers do not choose to bring any of this gear they are willingly opting out of using these items.
Failure to attend a scheduled adventure without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full payment. We understand that emergencies happen, and in such cases, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling or potential credits.
